1 year ago today....

we held Corynn for the first time.

It feels like yesterday & it feels like we've had you with us forever at the same time.

January 9, 2007: talked to SW about starting process
January 14, 2007: Initial meeting with social worker
January 20 & 21, 2007: Homestudy
January 25, 2007: USCIS application sent
February 20, 2007: Received pics of Corynn
February 22, 2007: INS fingerprinting
March 2, 2007: POA registered..we are matched!
April 21, 2007: INS Approval
April ?, 2007: Entered family court
May 23, 2007: DNA authorization
May 28, 2007: DNA Taken
June 3, 2007: DNA completed
July 12- 17, 2007: Visit Trip!!
August 7, 2007: Out of Family Court
August 8, 2007: Pre-Approval received
September 5, 2007: Entered into PGN
October 30, 2007: Out of PGN!!!
January 21, 2008: New birth certificate (after waiting 13 weeks!!!)
January 22, 2008: Corynn has a passport
January 28, 2008: 2nd DNA test
February 11, 2008: PINK!
February 25, 2008: Corynn is in our arms again!
February 27, 2008: US Embassy appointment
February 28, 2008: Visa pick up
March 1, 2008: Home forever!!!!!!
