I called the lab today & found out that the DNA was received by the embassy on June 5th, which would put us at day 63 of waiting. So I called my agency to find out if they knew what the hold up is & I was told that it's 60 business days (???!!!!) That can't be right b/c there are other blogging familys that I know that were a week or two ahead of me getting DNA & already have PA. I feel like I just hit a wall. I've been sitting here crying b/c I don't know what to do...I don't know how to get in touch with the Embassy to find out for myself, if anyone here knows please email me, I'd really appreciate it.

I am sorry you are having a rough time. I will keep you in my prayers. Keep your chin up and be the bulldog you may need to be. I know you have it in you.
I typically do not comment but we are in the same situation here so I thought I would. I got DNA on 6/7 so today is day 62 for us - UGGG! I contacted the embassy at Guatemala.Adoptions@dhs.gov and got an automated response not to email again and they would respond w/in 7 bus days. Three days later (on Sat) I got this message - The DNA results were received and your case is currently under review
by an USCIS Officer, for any notification you will be contacted by email.
That is it - I have heard it can now take up to 80 days. I am so frustrated! Good luck to you, I am praying for PA any day now.
